Repeat Prescriptions at 7Springs Medical Practice

The supply of repeat scripts outside of consultation is at the discretion of your Doctor. If you have not been to your GP for a period of more than 3 months, an appointment with the GP will be required. Repeat scripts attract a fee of $50.00 and require a minimum notice of two working days.

In order to facilitate your request for as repeat prescription over the phone, our staff will need to identify you with three patient identifiers. Please note requests for prescriptions must only be made and collected by the patient.

Please note if the prescription is being faxed to a pharmacy instead of being collected by the patient, payment must be made before the prescription is sent.
