The experienced general practitioners at 7Springs Medical Practice provide comprehensive diabetes care to patients of all ages. Diabetic cycle of care through a GP or a care plan (GPMP) may involve referrals to allied health clinicians to collaboratively manage a patient’s diabetes care such an an endocrinologist, dietician, podiatrist, ophthalmologist and a diabetic educator.

Eye tests and foot checks are recommended yearly. Blood tests are recommended every 3 months.

Diabetic care is all about preventative screening and ongoing management.

Insulin injection technique education may be part of the diabetic care of a patient.
